Return and Exchange Policy

At Nature4U, we are here to offer you 100% customer satisfaction.

We offer a “no hassle” return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to us within 30 days of purchase.
All merchandise returned should be unused and in original sellable condition. Product that has been used is not refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Please note: Nature4U® is NOT affiliated with Lipo Max, IQ Blast, 4U Nature, or CartPanda. We do not sell or accept returns for these products. Please do not mail these items to our address. All packages will be refused and returned to the shipping carrier. We can only support orders placed directly through Nature4U® or our verified channels. If you were misled by the original seller, you may submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

● To verify your return requests, please contact Return Service at nature4u@nature4u.us. 
● We will create a return authorization for you and send you an e-mail with instructions on how to complete the return.
● After we receive and inspect the returned product(s), credit will be refunded back to your credit card.
● We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.
